In the end Nashua won 2-1 in the shoot outs. (as shown below)

The U14 division saw Manchester East, Maple Tree Construction defeat Manchester North, David Dunn Law Office 4 - 1.
In the U14 girls division, it again took almost all of the overtime period for Manchester West, John & Sons Auto, to slip past Manchester East, Wyze Trusted Advisors 2 -1.
U16 division saw Suncook Youth Soccer, Lavallee Oil, defeat Manchester North, Interval Golf Shop 4-0.
U16/19 girls division had Manchester North, Casinghino Law Office, edge out Suncook Youth Soccer, Jacques Pastries, 3 - 2.

The entire tournament that started on October 25 & 26th, and also had games played during the week as the rain cancelled several games on the 25th, saw some great soccer through out the entire event.
NHSA would like to thank all of the teams, coaches, players and spectators for making this years tournament one of the best. There were several League groups that were very helpful, volunteers and the NHSA referee's. A job very well done ...
Kohl's, US Youth Soccer, NHSA American Cup
The American Cup is an annual recreation State Tournament sponsored, in part, by Kohl's and US Youth Soccer. NHSA has a rich history as one of the founding state organizations of this event (1987). It was established by Richard Hatin solely to give recreation players a chance to experience tournament play and compete against other teams. We feel strongly that recreation play should be kept at a lower intensity level where the players can enjoy playing each other without the day to day pressure of each game being on the line. But this does not mean that recreation players do not enjoy the thrill of competition.
By participating in an American Cup, all recreation players have the opportunity to experience formal match play with USSF certified referees, play against other towns and teams, and experience the "esprit de corps" that comes with competing for a goal. Most of all, it is to have fun and to enjoy the pageantry of playing for a state championship. Over the years, the format has evolved into a regional event with the state championship finals held at a prestigious location.
At first, the finals were held at Gill Stadium then Singer Family Park in Manchester. The excitement in each player's eyes and the sportsmanship exhibited make this a worth-while opportunity. Besides the championship, we offer an award to the team that shows the most spirit and sportsmanship - The
Patrick Kerouac Memorial Spirit Award. The kids are never disappointed in this experience. We are proud to offer this event as a diversion from normal recreation scheduled play and since we offer it only once per year, we feel that we maintain the integrity of the recreation play concept. This event is open to all member recreation regular season teams - no all star teams are permitted. It begins on the last full weekend of October - check the schedule for the exact dates. Depending on the number of team entries, we offer Boys and Girls, U12, U14, U16, and U19 divisions.
